Would I have pain with that?

The pain was intensely bad on Tuesday and Wednesday, not so bad on Thursday, and basically gone by Friday. The stinky urine started on Friday, by which time I hadn't eaten properly in days, and disappeared on Sunday after I'd eaten proper food with protein in it. So I figured I was right in my guess that it was linked to not eating. I was thinking if the urine was connected to the gallstones themselves, it would have happened at the same time as the pain, but I might be wrong...?
