more music

Bah. My plan to use my entire 40 eMusic downloads on Momus has been thwarted by the fact that none of the Momus albums are available for download in the UK at the moment.

So now I'm going through the recommendations that people gave me yesterday. eMusic doesn't have anything by most of the bands mentioned. There are however, two Front Line Assembly albums, four Juno reactor albums, three Anathema albums, er, and one Stabbing Westward album (not "Ungod", which is the one I've heard of). Will have to check these out sometime when I'm not busy listening to other music ;)

Any more recommendations? Albums on the list that are particularly good/bad?

Judgement by Anathema is a fantastic album so that'd be my recommendation, although the other two albums there are also very good IMO. Shame that they don't have Wither, Blister, Burn and Peel by Stabbing Westward - I can upload some tracks for you if you like. Both Juno Reactor albums are pretty good, although listening to a few tracks first would be a good idea to see if it's your sort of thing.

If there's anything you'd like me to upload, gimme a prod :)

Good call on the Anathema. Unfortunately I've only got tracks 1-9 this time round, but my downloads reset on 9th, so I can get the rest then. I listened to a couple of the "popular" Juno Reactor previews and they sounded interesting.

I need to get together with you sometime and do a music swap. Dunno when, though. Too much of my life is subject to gall bladder not being evil. What afternoons/evenings are you generally free?
