The three that are on the right - the V2000 vitamin pill, the calcium supplement and the primrose oil - are all things I buy myself. (Although I probably could get a calcium supplement on prescription if I really pushed for one - apart from the usual being a woman with a family history of osteoporosis, I need it to fend off depression. I go really nuts if my calcium level gets too low. There's a theory that severe PMS is the body's way of telling you that your calcium level is too low. No idea if that's true, but I haven't had much in the way of premenstrual dysphoria since I started being very careful about calcium.) The paracetamol & codeine at the front is over-the-counter.
