I can't rmeneber right now which of the many drugs i've tried gave me postural hypotension (i know it was one of the anti-depressants - it could of been effexor or lustral) and oilrig had a bout of it when his potsassium levels got low on a loop diretric - it's very yucky and i sympathise.
I usually find pepermint is helpful but i know others who swear by ginger.
