Oh, you can get paracetamol (acetaminophen) with codeine in Canada just like you can in the UK - but the dosage in those tablets is reduced, only 8mg per tablet, making a maximum of 16mg per dose compared to my 30mg. Also taking two drugs together every 4 hours is less effective for pain control than alternating them so each drug has the 4 hour time interval but you only go 2 hours between taking something.
