Sorry to hear you're all doing less than wonderfully at the moment. I think there have been some particularly lingering viruses around. Most people at work are below par with lingering coughs, sore throats, phlegm etc. though none of it is bad enough to take time off sick most of the time. We need us some more really cold weather, methinks. :-) I'm also making a habit of wearing gloves at all times in public transport situations - for reasons of hygiene. It makes perfect sense to me that we shouldn't all touch with bare hands one after another the same surfaces that are not often cleaned - like handles on trains, bannister rails on station stairs etc. etc. I'm convinced a lot of illhealth is passed on in that way! Our mothers and grandmothers knew what they were doing when they insisted on gloves before leaving the house!
