nightmares breaking into reality

Oh, I forgot to mention... very weird thing happened to me this morning. I had a nightmare about being back at work, but everything was very different, and people around me started smoking really heavily, and I had the most awful asthma attack - and then I woke up actually having an asthma attack. So, did I dream about asthma because I couldn't breathe in real life, or did I have the asthma attack because I dreamt I was having one? Most odd.

You were actually having one and that's why you dreamt it.

Same as dreaming about needing the loo.

I think you're right, that tends to be what happens with me.

I have Real Life nightmares all the time - now that I'm jobhunting again I had one where I was making coffee for people in an office, somewhere, and I couldn't even do that. *mope*

But I often dream I'm having a panic attack and then wake up and have one.

Triggers, basically.
