bicon special needs are go!

Today I have been mostly wrestling with BiCon Special Needs stuff. If you have any interest in disabled issues or access, read through the colossally long guidelines linked to in that entry, and join the bicon_special community to comment on it :)

Having done all that typing, I am rather glad that someone else has written up what I did this evening, so I don't have to.

I know nothing about BiCon but just wanted to mention that the site http://www.electricaleggs.org.uk is back up and running. You may find it useful - or you may be able to offer them advice on disability issues at conventions.
