People who sit in public computer rooms chortling away to themselves at something hilariously funny on their screen. To quote Richard, "What's the deal with that?"! I mean, yes, sometimes you get an amusing email or see an amusing post somewhere, and you laugh when it comes in - but to sit there giggling every 30 seconds or so just makes the people around you rather annoyed...

Maybe they were reading FARK. That site turns me into one of those people every time. I really should just read it at home, but the pics load just so much faster on the college's T3 connex...
