Happy World Mental Health Day.

I appreciate the irony of posting this when several people I know are having very unhappy mental health, but I suppose they haven't actually called it "World Good Mental Health Day". I suppose that it would be within the spirit of the day to observe it by having a day of being utterly fubared.
