oh my fucking god, what the fuck have i done now? just drank some chocolate soy milk, and now burning agony. half-collapsed on the coffee tble - i can't actually move where the pain is so bad. trying not to puke.

Update (04:51:53): not actually dead, just feel it. Been very very very sick. Hopefully will sleep now.

H-L is apparently curled up in bed puking but not in mortal danger (according to Richard who is with her at the moment; I may have garbled things.) So I cancelled the ambulance.
