Glad to hear the stress is now gone. Congratulations and I hope you don't find too many horrors when you get to know the house well. (Houses are like people, when you first get to meet them you think they're great, but then you gradually get to know where their issues/problems are and have to help sort them out! But like people, they repay care and attention.) ;-)
