ugh, ouch

I have really bad period pain. The highest strength aspirin, paracetamol & codeine pain killers that I have aren't touching it, and even raspberry leaf's not helping. I don't know if my period's a bit early this month, but I didn't really notice it was coming - hence I didn't stop drinking orange juice until the day before, so now I am suffering. Why orange juice should give me such bad period pain I don't know - because it's a problem I've always had, a long time before I had IBS.

So, anyway, I got woken up literally every hour by pain. And now I'm sitting in bed with my tummy and legs wrapped up trying to work while extremely distracted. I don't recommend it. Just say no to citric acid!
