Death and Disaster in The Sims

Doing some Sims geeking, I found a Death and Disaster guide on gamefaqs. I had to look - but it was boring. It had "roaches" listed as a disaster!

Yes, it's true - when you have roaches, your sim house is Doomed. At 2 minutes past midnight the grim reaper comes and randomly takes one of your sims away. And all your furniture gets eaten. And then your sims get depressed from sleeping on the floor and lose their jobs. Doom, I tell you, dooooom...

(Hmm - work does have air conditioning, which'd be more pleasant than sitting here. And to be honest, I still haven't been out of the house except in the car - I'm not sure if my lungs are well enough for me to go to work anyway. But waaah, don't wanna go!).
