blah.

Feel horrible. Been having trouble with temperature regulation. My body's usually not great at it, but this afternoon I was so cold that I had to go to bed because I couldn't get warm any other way. I ended up sleeping from 4pm to 1am! I'd only meant to nap for a couple of hours, but I obviously really needed the sleep. Now I feel sneezy - hope I'm not going down with something.

I have a lot of pain in my right leg. It sometimes does this weird thing where the muscle goes crampy and lumpy and stays like that for 12+ hours. It's very uncomfortable, and my urge is to keep it warm and stretch it gently - but even careful stretches can set it off into spasm - when i end up screaming and shouting and swearing with pain. What fun!

I owe ceno an email because I've missed him on irc the past couple of days, but I can't think of anything to say, so I'll just wave at him from my LJ and say "hello! I am thinking of you but I don't know what to write!".
