The BMI is a crock of shit at the best of times (how can you trust any measure that rolls fat, muscle and bone together as if it's the same thing?), and in children...? And as for the "fat police" monitoring who can eat what... words fail me.

Things that are mildly alarming.

Today, this userpic of epi_lj's got replaced on my computer with this userpic of taimatsu's. Cue brain breakage, as both of those are userpics that I very closely associate with the person concerned, and having an If turn into a Lucy was... umm. Also they kept posting either side of each other, causing massive confusion.

Forced reloads of my friends page did nothing - but going specifically to the link of If's userpic and forcing a reload of that worked. Phew.
