this is not fun

very bad pain day. i'm typing this lying in bed with one hand, rubbing my abdomen with the other. we can't et the laptop to talk to the tv above the bed, so i have the browwser resolution set to 200%. readin with my headd turnned sideways is giving me a headache, though.

Have you tried a hot water bottle, or alternatively a warm bath?

Heat causes the common bile duct to dilate and can be a great relief in times of discomfort. I found this to be the case prior to having my own gall-bladder removed & subsequently it still helps.
