My gall bladder feels like ick. It is doing the thing where paracetamol + dihydrocodeine + Tramadol do nothing for the pain. Also, it is making acid ouchy pain in my intestines, which the Gaviscon antacid is not touching.

I was unsuccessful in my attempt to perform home surgery with a spoon, so I am still in pain. Don't expect any coherence from me for a few days.
