damn vertebrae

I am getting fucking sick of back pain. I think I've identified the cause of the back pain as this sofa, but it could be the way I sit hunched over the computer. Not sure how to tell. The decent chair I have is downstairs, but it doesn't work at anything other than a desk.

Just sick of sitting down to get something *useful* done and not getting round to it because after an hour of staring at the screen, my back hurts too much for me to be able to concentrate on anything except 5 minute refresh and irc random chatting.

i.e. help to get a good chair and a sit/stand desk?
