I think I have to take my lungs to the doctor. My cold's been better for a week, but I still have a horrible tickly cough that's producing lovely yellowish/green snot. I'm stupidly wheezy and short of breath all the time, and have a sore throat that won't go away, and coughing about once a minute, and having to hack up snot every hour or so, but not actually ill apart from that. But I guess I'd better go and make sure it's not bacterial.

I know I was ridiculously ill when I had the actual cold/flu thing, so it wouldn't surprise me if I'd managed to get invaded by some passing bacterium on top of having a virus. But I just don't have time for it this week. Too much work. And the stupid bank holiday tomorrow means that Tuesday will be hell in the GP's...

Meh. Anyone got some spare lungs they're not using?

Sounds like the docs is a good plan. I used to get nasty secondary bacterial sinus and chest infections. These days I'm usually able to steal ventolin to keep cakk off my chest, but after a week of green grot I'd be at my docs too.

My lungs are working, I'll send the spare one over.
