rhythm_action. It's for people who enjoy playing the bizarre style of video games known as "rhythm action" or "music" games. There are a couple of communities dedicated to specific games already (e.g ddr, bemani, but this is the first one for the style as a whole.

games: Beatmania, Dance Dance Revolution, Dancing Stage, Drummania, ez 2 Dancer, Jungle Book Groove Party, Keyboardmania, Para Para Paradise, Parappa the Rapper, Pop'n Music, Rez, Samba de Amigo, Space Channel 5, Um Jammer Lammy, Vib Ribbon & of course any I've forgotten...
manufacturers: Bemani, Nana-On Sha, Konami.
platforms: arcade, Dreamcast, Game Boy Color, Playstation.
other: video games, Japanese culture.
