The Student Loans Company are idiots, part n

I have spent my entire daily allowance of spoons filling in forms to claim back some of the hundreds of pounds I'm owed in taxi fares. It's all done now - except I can't send the forms off, because I don't know where to send them to! The Student Loans Company has at least three addresses: one in Bristol, one in Darlington and one in Glasgow; and neither the letter I got confirming my entitlement to DSA nor the DSA Claim Form itself has the address on it!

I really am ready to just give up at this point.

We've been told ALL DSA Stuff goes to:

DL1 9HJ

We've had a variety of addresses prior to that but that's the latest I have from work which is public knowledge. It used to be a different PO Box but they have allegedly sorted their procedures.

She says as they have 40 mins to email me a 'promised right now' at 3:30pm yesterday document for a case which has been one glitch after another. Am seriously UNIMPRESSED.
