Being a Random Cute Person is a good thing, and I like to acquire as many of them as possible. They make the house decorative, for a start. Moreover, Specific Random Cute People are even better, because they are in your house for a purpose, and not simply to make it decorative. However, many people would get confused if I'd described you using a phrase like "specific random", so Non-Random Cute Person works a lot better.
