Oh, great. I have managed to get myself so upset over a piece of ancient history that I have a migraine, bad stomach pains, and am going alternately hot and cold. Luckily my migraines aren't that bad by most people's standards - just a sharp pain in one eye accompanied by headache and dizziness, but it's still not exactly fun.

Damnit! Why can't I leave the past alone?

(That's a rhetorical question - I don't want answers, because I know them).

I've never quite worked out what exactly a migraine is, is it the same as a headache or not? I rarely get headaches and they're mostly when I've been sleeping on my back too much. That does give me headaches in my forehead and dizziness usually which I've always assumed to be some oxygen inbalance (I always thought it was shortage, but it could be too much, I don't know).

this sounds liek what ive read in medical texts as well.
Its much liek what i get. Which i ithink are migraines. the worst i find in the numbness in that side of the head the next day. As well as the random eye twitching/pressure i get. Such as ive got now after having a migraine yesterday.
If it wasnt for the intense pain they are a great excuse to take a day off work :)
