sorry to ask stupd questions but are your desk/ chair at the right height? for the longest time I had been leaning my arms on the desk and typing not realising that that was very bad Now i have an adjustable desk I am learning to type with keyboard close to me and the keyboard below my hands so that my arms are in relaxed resting state when I type. Mind you its very strange to have my hands so close to my stomach anyhow best of luck X
