Every Day Is a Whining Load

I have spent nearly 3 days plagued by the freezepop song "Tracey Gold". I say "plagued" because my memory won't even stop blooping and bleeping at me when I'm trying to work. I really like the song, but having anything on the brain for more than 24 hours gets ... a bit trying.

But I've stopped praying for it to be replaced with something else. 'Cos yesterday, after hours of begging my mind to snap out of it, I got another earworm. Sheryl fucking Crow's "Every Day is a Whining Road". Otherwise known as something really high in my Least Favourite Songs Ever chart. Frantic panic ensued as I tried to get that out of my head. It eventually got replaced with ... "Come on Eileen". Argh!

Have IBS attack from hell and a terrific amount of work to do before the morning.

And I need to stop procrastinating with lj, yahoo! groups and message boards (wtf? I don't even read message boards!).
