One website, updated.

This is the first time I've made any serious attempt to rejig my personal site since 2001. I'm not sure what made me decide to do it today, except that it's been on my to-do list for the past few weeks. It's still nowhere near finished (have about another 20 pages to update, validate & upload), but at least it's not hideously embarrassingly out-of-date like the old one was.

Don't bother telling me about broken links yet - there will be lots. Also, I know the backgrounds break on wider monitors - back when I did that, 1200 was the widest I could imagine. But feel free to have a play and find out more of my weirdnesses ;)

We bought a new food processor on Saturday. Today I cut my finger on one of the blades. Bastard thing. Yes, I knew it was sharp. I thought I was being careful. But it sliced right through the cloth I was cleaning it with, and right into my finger.

It is the 1st finger of my right hand, i.e. about the most sensitive finger I've got. It stings Like A Motherfucker.
