Does anyone have any idea what I could eat for dinner? My "food desires" have been all messed up by this illness. Plus I'm on my own for dinner (Richard is working late), and have never been able to motivate myself to cook for one.

Don't want pasta, definitely don't want breakfast cereal... I'm leaning towards carrot & butter bean soup with homemade bread, but that'll involve me booting up the breadmaker. Plus, I'm hungry now.

Chuck various bits of veggie in a pan with some soy sauce and add some rice? That's probably reasonably light anyway and very quick. :)
