Having decided I wasn't well enough to travel up to Manchester for BiFest, today I was supposed to be going to Brighton to see artremis, oilrig and earwigmc. Instead, I spent the whole day in bed with chronic gall bladder pain. GAH.

I "should" probably be sorting out Christmas stuff now, but I cannot be bothered. Too depressed.

I didn't go to BiFest either. Stayed in bed till 7pm shivering and having the fucking shakes.

Sorry about your shakes :( SuX0rz. If I had a magic wand, I'd give all my friends perfect health. Meh.

Right now I have absolutely no ability to concentrate, so I'm trying to find useful things to do that require absolutely no brain. I could decorate the Christmas tree if we knew where it was. As it is, we suspect it's in the attic, which means Richard needs to borrow the ladder off my dad and get it down. Can't believe it's nearly bloody Christmas. Gah.

Ohgod it is Christmas I'm sick of it already despite having not seen more than one advert thanks to MythTV and doing all our shopping late at night. If only people could stick to it being in December /only/ then I wouldn't hate it so much.

I don't mind people enjoying Christmas, it's those who expect everyone to love it and be cheerful about it. I suspect we'll be on the Internet with all the other bahhumbuggers and avoiding our respective differently annoying families.

I think we're going to celebrate Agnostica instead. Just cos we can. We're just pondering how to obtain a truly Schroedinger box.

I spent the day alternating between sweating and shivering in bed, sleeping a lot and occasionally coughing my lungs. Also, I'm currently very concerned that my sinus pressure will actually push out my eyeballs >.<
