Date: 2006-02-27 08:18 pm (UTC)Good news is that my tablets are definitely helping, I survived in Scotland for 5 days without severe symptoms. I've had 14 hours sleep and then need to start 'provoking' my vestibular system as per both my doctors advice/orders.
I'm going to be sensible and take it easy still, make sure that I am really better before doing too much again. I'd like to compensate correctly this time - and am determined to do that right!
