nausea=insomnia

Stayed up until 4am to make sure Richard got up and went to the airport - was going to go to bed immediately aftewards, but then had dizzy nausea and couldn't sleep until 6am. Got woken up at 11.30am by the phone. More nauseous than before, have taken an antiemetic and eaten some plain bread. Feel like ick :/

I only have one student coming today, at 7pm, and there is no real reason I need to be awake before about 5, but what's the likelihood of me falling asleep again now? Eurgh.
