The usual is 2 weeks for antidepressants, but I can't honestly see it improving. I will however continue for the remaining 4 days of this week, just in case there's some issue with needing to build up the concentration of it in the blood.
I'll have to try the 3 capsule dose and hope it doesn't zonk me out for all eternity. I'm also tempted to try mirtazapine at 15mg in combination with some trazodone. (I was taking it at 30mg for a few days and was noticeably anxious (http://baratron.livejournal.com/549708.html).) So far, I haven't experienced any unusual levels of anxiety with the trazodone, it just isn't helping me to sleep! But I suppose a lack of anxiety is good. Hrm.
