As someone whose first encounter with you was quite recent, I feel qualified to say that you make an excellent first impression. :-) I have no doubt that you will present yourself as personable, articulate, and thoughtful, and that the interview will firmly enhance the favorable impression that (given they've invited you for it) you've already made on paper.

I'm a bit late to wish you luck (actually, I guess it's long over by now -- I always forget that the time difference to the UK is larger from the North American west coast than east coast!), but I doubt you needed the luck anyway. :-)
