Firstly I'm delighted to hear the meds are working somewhat and you're feeling better emotionally. I hope the physical reovery from that happens soonest cos snot sucks (or blows).
Serious suggestion: Can you request 'alternative' assessment?
Our MH disability guy is always arranging for students with MH stuff to have an alternative assessment. Either exams split up into smaller sections; open book papers instead; vivas or combinations of methods so you have some option of demonstrating your abilities... Might be worth talking to your disability team to see what they think as this kind of 'anxiety' is exactly the sort of thing which is directly related to disability
