PMS and perkiness.
Mar. 7th, 2002 11:59 pmI have been perky for two whole days. On Tuesday night, I decided to get an early night, so went to bed at 1.40am instead of 2.30. Despite being tired in the morning, I woke up happily-enough, and arrived at work early to be told that I'd spend the whole morning doing the one project I absolutely hate. Nevertheless, I felt happy, bouncy and contented. It was 8.56 in the morning!
This is just more proof that a huge amount of my depression is down to hormones. I'm sure that I do still have a depressive disorder, and probably will do for the rest of my life, but I'm wondering how bad it would be if I didn't have this awful menstrual-cycle-related mood cycling over the top. Will write more about that in another post, so you can skip it if you want to.
I am currently extremely amused by Richard's web browsing. He is viewing the Orange web site to look for a new phone, but because he's viewing it on the laptop and I'm sitting on the other side of the room, all the orange on their site comes out as a rather nice shade of pink.
