What do straight-edge or teetotal people do when they have a shit day? Today I really wanted to go and get drunk. Except there are several reasons why that would be a seriously bad idea.
I had a milkshake instead. But what other options are there for de-stressing that don't involve recreational drugs? Vegan milkshakes aren't that easy to come by, especially if I'm not near Camden and/or it's after 6 pm.

Reading something absorbing but not too demanding
Going to look at the sea (not really applicable to London-based people sorry)
