I have successfully filled in my Disability Living Allowance (re-)application form. It only took me 6 days.

I have also successfully achieved a signed FP92A form, which is a Medical Exemption Form granting me free prescriptions for the next 5 years. Now I just have to wait for it to be processed.

I would be jubilant, except that I have entirely run out of spoons from all this bureaucracy.

Well, I know what I can send Doug to cheer him up while he recovers. Would you let me know the email address he uses most often? I'm not sure what might help you as his carer, and will think on that one. (Although I do have a thought... do you favour DVD or Blu-Ray for movies?)

We don't have a purpose-built disc player at the moment, but can both do DVDs on our respective computers. A combo player is on our to-buy list, but heaven only knows when that will happen.

Well done! I dread the arrival of forms like that (they'd be re Mike, not me). Just back from BiCon on Sunday, now frantically organising a Bi Visibility Day celebration for Opening Doors - we decided to open up to all ages and invite people who edit gay press to speak on bi visibility in their products. Bring and share food. Thank goodness the staff are really helpful at Opening Doors!
