S1 and S2

Eeek, my livejournal has returned to one of the default styles instead of the style I'd created myself! Perhaps user-defined styles using S1 have been killed off now S2 has come in? Would have been nice to have been told, though! It happened literally just now - I reloaded my journal to check that my last post had come through okay, and suddenly it looked completely different!

Argh! I don't have time to write a new set of styles with S2 until my thesis is finished! Damn them!

Update: Oh, it's back again. Huh. Well, I'll keep this post here as insurance, in case it happens again...

Gah. Like I really want another browser window open just so I can check status.livejournal.com! This sort of thing should go in lj_maintenance, preferably ahead of time! I know people are busy, volunteers etc., but for a few minutes there I was thinking "well, thank God I have a deadjournal in the same style as my old livejournal, so I'll be able to copy that over to S2".
