Ironic (in the Alanis Morrissette sense).

I had to wake up at 9am to ring the doctor and make an appointment. It's an entirely routine doctor's appointment: I've run out of repeats on my prescription & have to see an actual doctor, and it was urgent more by dint of the fact I've been trying to get through to someone at the surgery all flippin' week than for any medical reason. Somehow, I managed to get an appointment for this evening at 5pm, rather than this morning, which means I could have theoretically gone back to sleep. Except my body didn't want me to, for reasons unknown.

So I've had 5 or 6 hours sleep and I feel HORRIBLE! and it's all very ironic that while managing to obtain an appointment at a sensible time of day, I didn't get any more sleep than if I'd had to go straight down there for 9.50am :/ Blah!

tickets for sale

I have a spare ticket for the Video Games Live event next Saturday (25th) at Hammersmith Apollo. It could potentially become two tickets, because I don't think Richard's desperate to go. I paid the rip-off price of £28 for them, though the face value of the tickets is £25. Anyone interested?
