I started to write a post saying why I did not return the next day as promised, but it came out as Moan Moan Moan Whinge Whinge Whinge when actually there's not much wrong with my life. So I decided to bin it and post just to say I'm alive.

hello. Posting to point out that you're alive is good. At least, it is if you usually post when you're alive. I don't post anything in my journal usually, so the absence of posting doesn't indicate that I'm not alive.

Glad you are alive and happy with a lexa in your arms... (or at least you were when you posted; I am crappy at keeping up with LJ at the moment!)
Hope we will bump into each other soon ... I know London is big, but what with our common interests etc. we surely must be at the same thing at the same time soon, even without divine intervention or planning or any such nonsense? ;-))

I'm somewhat reassured to know that other people have the same problems I do with LJ and keeping in touch etc - I hope you feel similarly reassured.
