A Plea

Do any of you UK nail-varnish wearers have some old nail varnish that's gone too lumpy to be any good as fingernail decoration, but that you haven't got round to throwing away yet?

I need some nail varnish to scrawl big letters over my suitcase to make it more distinctive when it's going round and round the carousel in airports (apparently, some 80% of the luggage seen by airlines are black "rollalongs"), but it seems extremely wasteful to buy new nail varnish for that purpose. Especially when it doesn't matter if it's lumpy for this purpose :)

Rather than try to post an opened bottle of nail varnish I'd suggest charity shops. You can buy part used bottles of hideous shades for 50p or so...

I don't think I have 'lumpy', but I have plenty, and it doesn't get much use. Colour preferences ? Some nice holographic dots or glitter for over that ? Alternatively, go for wraps of insulating tape round the handle, no doubt wuzzie has a varied selection. I mostly rely on the pattern of previous journey's stickers (but also it's samsonite, and comes with stickers to stick your initials in the neatly inset area)

I believe I have a couple of tins of model enamel around that should be still okay for that sort of thing, and being metal, are nice and easily postable. I think I have silver, red, blue, green, and gold, although not all of them are necessarily still useable. Want 'em?
