redbird is ok. Rose is ok (still in San Francisco), and her sweetie Helen in New York is ok. Liam (who apparently works in the World Trade Center) called after the first explosion to say he was ok, but no one with net access has heard from him since. Shit. Who the hell else do I know who lives in/near New York?
Fuck. I'm scared. Still, at least the story I heard about hijackings at Heathrow seems to have been a hoax.
